Management Fees

At Full Value Property Management we provide our clients with outstanding service with low fees.  There are no hidden charges.  There are no charges for postage, telephone calls, bill payment, monthly statements, or electronic fund transfer.  There is never a start up fee or any hidden fees for repairs to your property.  We pay for all advertising and marketing.

The first month of management is free.  If your property is not rented, we don't get paid.  The following is a summary of our fees:

Single Family Residential

Our leasing fee is 50% of the first month's rent, up to a maximum of $1000.00.

Our monthly fee for management is as follows:

The monthly management fee is $100.00 per month*.

For homes in Senior (55+) Communities the monthly management fee is $90.00 per month*.
