Bill Gould, Owner/Property Manager:

Bill has been working as a real estate broker or salesperson for over 34 years in Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties.  He has worked as a real estate sales agent, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for several major homebuilders, and owned and operated two property management companies.  At Remington Property Management, Bill was responsible for the management of single family homes, apartment complexes and professional office buildings.

Bill Gould Jr., Leasing Agent/Property Manager:

Bill holds a California Real Estate License.  He is responsible for the leasing and property management of Full Value Property Management's rental properties.

Teresa Gould, Office Manager:

Teresa is responsible for all the office administrative functions and bookkeeping.
